Durva Yogesh Patil, aged 35 years is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from MITSOM (University of Pune), and is also the Proprietor of BELLO. She has been appointed as the Non-Executive Director of our Company w.e.f. May 2024.
Sahil Garud, aged 33 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Master's degree in Commerce. He brings over 12 years of rich experience in tax audits, statutory audits, and tax consultancy. His extensive background includes significant post-qualification experience in tax litigation at the Bombay High Court, real-time analysis of income tax judgments at Taxsutra, Pune, and regular practice in income tax assessment procedures and hearings. He has been appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company w.e.f. May 2024.
Girish Masur, aged 41 years, is the Independent Director of our Company. He is a Computer Science Graduate (University of Pune) with a Master’s Degree in Management in Marketing from (University of Wales, UK) and is currently pursuing Executive program in Strategic Leadership from IIM- Calcutta. With over 14 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and the information technology domain, Mr. Masur has worked with several multinational companies. His background and expertise in these areas bring valuable insights and strategic direction to the company. He has been appointed as the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company w.e.f. May 2024.
