A session on team building which was actively participated by all workers. This helped them to identify the importance of team work and how it works. Important aspects like communication, skills ,and responsibility were highlighted.

An interactive session on safety awareness was organized for all workers. This develops a sense of accountability and responsibility among them. Videos, real life stories etc. were a part of this session
